Cancellation and refunds
Our cancellation fees follow the Korean consumer dispute standard for performances. Days are counted in Korea time; each event page shows the actual dates.

| 6-3 days before | 20% fee |
| 2-1 days before | 30% fee |
| Event day, before the start | 90% fee |
| After the start (including no-show) | No refund |
Exceptions
- Within 24 hours of purchase and at least 3 days before the event: full refund.
- If we cancel or make a major change: full refund plus 10% of the amount, paid separately from the card cancellation.
- Force majeure cancellations: full refund.
- Door tickets follow the venue policy.
How to cancel
- Cancel the whole order or single tickets on your order page; the refund amount is shown before you confirm.
- If you cannot open the order page, email club@foreignbody.life with your order number; the time we receive it counts.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 3-7 business days.
- Tickets already used for entry cannot be cancelled.
