Privacy policy

foreign body Inc. processes personal data for ticket sales and foreign body Members as described in the Korean version below, which prevails. Contact: club@foreignbody.life (privacy officer: Hanjun Kim).

• Guest buyers: name, email, mobile (optional), ticket holder names, payment records (card data is handled by Toss Payments).
• Account users: foreign body account identifier, email and name received from foreignbody.app, and account status (membership of foreignbody.app, suspension or pending deletion, linked logins, administrator) checked with foreignbody.app at sign-in and right before payment.
• Members: name, email, birth year, mobile (optional) and consent records.
• Entry: check-in time and device label.
• Retention: contract, payment and refund records 5 years and complaint records 3 years under the e-Commerce Act; Members details are deleted within 30 days after leaving.
• Processors: Toss Payments (payments), Supabase (database, Seoul region), Vercel (hosting, USA).
